In August, I pledged to raise $2,500--approximately enough funds to rescue one North Korean refugee--by December 31st.  This is the Reliance, and North Korean refugees are depending on it. You can help them! Together, we will give someone the best present ever.

 

Here are the incentives I've come up with so far (if you'd like something better, let me know and I will consider it):

$2: You're support is awesome and I'll give you a "Thank You" post on your FB wall.

$10: I'll post a short "Thank You" video on your wall with a song to you! (This was inspired by Sarah Palmer and Sean Ferry, who have been doing this on their pages with success!)

$20: I will send you a Christmas card

$30: I will send you a handmade Christmas card

$40: I will devote a FB status to saying how awesome you are, and will do a backflip in my "Thank You" video for you.

$50: I'll send you a Reliance gift

$100: I will treat you to an unusual but delicious lunch the next time we meet

$250: I will cut my hair any way you wish, wear an eye-patch for a week (great idea thanks to Nico), and will write you an original love song, with a video documenting my performance in a public place.

 

The Reliance Tour is LiNK's (Liberty in North Korea) reponse to the thousands of North Korean refugees who are extremely vulnerable to exploitation today. They are relying on me to help rescue them from hiding and to provide support upon their resettlement in a free country.

 

The funds I raise will go towards the rescue and resettelement of North Korean refugees. It costs approximately $2,500 to rescue one refugee.
